Low Tide, Daymer Bay Scottish Show 2022 as every work had to

as every work had to be sold instantly he found it impossible to build up a body of work that the dealers required for the solo shows that would have made his name

I absolutely adore them but they are rare and I expect one day soon a cleverer and richer dealer will root out a stash on the continent and make them very expensive overnight

Magnificently framed too

London Docks were the heart of the capital pumping goods and people to and from the Empire and the view of that stretch of the river leading up to Tower Bridge would have been familiar to all Londoners

This sculpture is in our Cecil Court gallery and is available for collection only
